There is a process when it comes to removing bad tenants from a rental property and it can be a difficult one. This usually begins with breach notices and follow ups both face to face and over the phone; if the behaviour does not improve then the next step is generally an RTA dispute resolution, Notice to Leave and ultimately lodging court documents with QCAT if required.
