Beer Chicken Bhajji
Dear Bachelors, Click the bell icon 🔔 near the Subscribe button on your Mobile app & Desktop to get instant notification for all the upcoming episodes of Chai Bisket Food! :) Ingredients For batter ) Gram Flour - 200 gms 2) Eggs - 2 no. 3) Beer - 1 pint 4) Chilli Powder - 2 tsp 5) Chopped Mint - 1 tbsp 6) Chopped Curry Leaves - 1 tbsp Lemon - 1 small 7) Salt as Required Maida flour - 200 grams 8) Oil for deep fry For marinate 9) Chilli Powder (Chicken) - 1 tsp Lemon - 1 small 10) Salt as Required For dip sauce 11) Butter - 2 - 3 tbsp 12) Garlic - 10 cloves 13) Onion - 1 medium 14) Green Chilli - 6 - 8 15) Tomatoes - 3 large 16) Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp 17) Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp 18) Jeera Powder - 1 tsp 19) Salt as Required 20) Sugar - 1 tsp 21) Chopped Coriander - 1 tbsp Method Take gram flour in a bowl and add a pint beer or soda and mix it well. Add eggs, chilli powder, chopped mint, curry leaves, lemon, salt and mix it well. In another bowl add chilli powder, salt, lemon and mix it well. Take maida in a plate and coat the chicken with maida flour before dipping it in the batter for deep fry. Deep fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes. Take butter in another pan. Add garlic, onions and green chillies and fry them well. Add tomatoes to the above mixture and fry them for 6-8 minutes. Now add cumin, salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce and mix it well. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve it along with deep fried beer chicken bajji.
