Hamza is simply speaking about how he can change the world starting from himself, he's encouraging everyone to start a self reform before asking for a reform of the society and this subject is really important currently because of all the events going around in the area. Also discussing how to be unique. His way of speaking made the audience cry & laugh at the same time. He is discussing the reality of living in a refugee camp and how his grandfather inspired him and told him that the only weapon for him is his certificate.
He believes that his dream "REFUGEE.com" is an idea worth spreading, and he is sending it to the whole universe. His emotional speech made a great impression to his listeners , when he finished he got a blast of clapping with all people standing for him, they clapped for him for like 3 minutes and honestly he deserves them.
