hello hi sorry for not uploading for few months i honestly dont know what to upload

i tried to log in to my account and instagram told me that they send a security code to my email so i can enter the security code but i dont know what code????? i didnt even receive it and know i dont know what to do since for some reason i cant change my account??? now i have to wait until another instagram notification from one of my accounts so i can change my account :/
