At least 400 Palestinians lost their lives in Israeli attacks on Gaza on Sunday according to health officials in the enclave.
30 people were killed in one strike on buildings in the Jabalia refugee camp.
Dozens were also wounded, most of them children.
Hospital workers say they are struggling to treat the injured, and in some cases without anaesthetics.
