Workout Structure:
Warmup: 3 minutes
Part 1 - Repeat 3 times
MODERATE EFFORT: 1 minute - 5.0 - 6.0 mph (2 minutes for the first one)
RECOVER: 1 minute - 3.0 - 5.0 mph
Part 2 - Repeat 3 times
HARD EFFORT: 1 minute - 5.0 - 8.0 mph (ALL OUT on the last one)
LONG RECOVER: 2 minute - 3.0 - 5.0 mph (1 minute on the first one)
Part 3 - Repeat 3 times
EFFORT: 1 minute - 5.0 - 6.5 mph (HARD EFFORT on the last one)
RECOVER: 1 minute - 3.0 - 5.0 mph
Part 4 - Repeat 2 times
