Hey Everyone! Today's video I will be explaining how I made my own meal plan for starch solution weight loss, as well as showing you how YOU can make one too! While making a lot of starch solution recipes and starch solution meals is wonderful, keeping things simple and having an easy meal plan for starch solution weight loss is everything (in my opinion! lol)!

Both starch solution weight loss and optimal health is what I am trying to achieve by using john mcdougall plan as a guideline to my eating, called the starch solution. My starch solution meals are all wfpb, oil free and as simple as I can make them. Dr mcdougall, plantiful kiki and high carb hannah have all been part of my inspiration to start my own vegan weight loss and health journey and I hope I can be part of yours :)

While the starch solution promotes vegan weight loss, I have also recently included preloading in to my weight loss routine, which is also a teaching of john mcdougall. My channel is all about sharing my high carb low fat vegan weight loss journey, as well as helping you with yours!
