Junebugging - A Cleaning Method for ADHD/ADD, Autism, & Depression

I discovered a cleaning method that has proven successful for me with my executive dysfunction. And others who live with ADHD/ADD, Autism, and Depression have shared that this cleaning method has worked for them also. It wasn't until I did some research to find there's a word for it.

It was first shared on Tumblr by someone who found a method of cleaning that worked for them and named it Junebugging. Having ADHD and struggle with depression, I can say this method has helped me stay focused on one task while also feeling happier in a cleaner space. I've developed a mentality behind Junebugging to help motivate me I call the Gaming Mentality Approach, which I share in the video. However, articles and individuals have shared how this cleaning method has helped them manage their space while also living with autism, depression, ADHD/ADD and executive dysfunction in general.
