Crossover is a fun BRAIN BREAKS song that is all about cross lateral movements which are movements that cross the mid-line of the brain.The mid-line is an imaginary line that runs down the middle of the body from head to toes, dividing the body into right and left halves. When children do cross - lateral movements the two sides of the brain are forced to communicate and strengthen the brain pathways. Brain Breaks should be fun and movement oriented.
