Interview देने जाने से पहले Interview का डर स्वाभिक हैं क्योंकि हम में से बहुत लोग छोटे शहर से बढ़े शहर में जाने के बाद, कई कठिनाइयों का सामना करते हैं. जब हम किसी छोटे शहर में पले बढ़े होते हैं, और शुरू से अपने जैसे ही लोगों के साथ स्कूल और कॉलेज में वक्त बिताते हैं, एक बड़े शहर में अनजान, नए लोगों के बीच, नए college या job और नौकरी करने जाते हैं, अक्सर हम बेहद कमज़ोर और confidence की कमी महसूस करते हैं।
अच्छी इंग्लिश ना आना इसमें और भी बड़ी बाधा बना देती है।

कुछ ऐसा ही हुआ Laxmi जी के साथ.
नौकरी की खोज में उत्तर प्रदेश से दिल्ली आने के बाद, पहले ही interview में उन्हें, इंग्लिश न आने के कारण, बेइज्जती का सामना करना पढ़ा.

A lot of us have to face a lot of humiliation, demotivation, and experience a lack of confidence when we transition from a small city, town or villages in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh or Rajashthan to a big metropolitan city like Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore.

We come to these big cities for higher education purposes or going to a new college or university or preparation of exams like CA, CS, UPSC aur simply to hunt for a new job and give a boost to our career.
But our weak communication skills and even poor english speaking skills make it really tough for us to stand out and succeed in these glamorous cities.
This is exactly what happened with Laxmi as well.
Hailing from a small village in Uttar Pradesh, she came to find a new job in Delhi.
But faced a very insulting and humiliating back lash, right in her very first interview.
All because she did not know how to speak in English.
Laxmi was broken but did not give up.
