30 Minute Mini Band Barre Inspired Workout | Total Body

For this barre-inspired total body workout you will need a mini band and a mat. Make sure the mini band has some give to it as we will be using it predominately for the upper body. If it is too heavy/ has no give to it, it will not work for this workout! If the only mini band you have is super heavy resistance check out some of the other videos listed below for lower body : ) We will target, upper body, lower body, and core during this 30 minute continuous, no-break barre(less) workout.
