Yes, after more than 40 days of being pescatarian, I have decided to break my "meat fast" with a local lechon. Except not the typical roasted pig... we will be making a beef lechon! With the help of master chef Jandee, we started preparing a local beef thigh that I purchased from the market in Baganga. Jandee has a unique seasoning that he injects into the meat. This video is preparation for lechon cow day!

We also visit the Barangay, by some snacks, and I end up having a National Interview with Howie Severino from a Nipa Hut.

Another day in Davao Oriental.
