Hello friends! I really hope you enjoy this self care day in my life type video. This summer has taught me that self-care, love and healing happens from within. I've made it a goal to do one thing every day that makes me feel most like myself. As someone who is currently dealing with anxiety and stress, I've been really focusing on ways I can improve my mental health. Romanticizing life and enjoying the little things makes such a big difference. I hope any of you who might be struggling, will remember that even if it's something as little as watching a comfort movie or making yourself a meal, that's self-care, and it's so so important.

Also, thank you for being so patient with me these past few weeks! I just shared on my Instagram stories why there has been a lack of videos recently. I've been dealing with some mental health stuff but I'm working my way back to my normal self. I couldn't force myself to make the videos when I was working through and processing so much as once.
