Today I'll show you what nightmare looks like, a lot of people aren't able to access it because of a bug in indie cross. The V1.1 also has it. If you downloaded the first version then I think you might need to delete the previous save before downloading the 1.1 and it MIGHT unlock.

In Windows Search type in %appdata% then look for "Team 375" and then inside should be an Indie Cross folder so delete that to have a clean save file.
