connected without internet wifi/hotspot problem on samsung devices or android devices can be fixed quite easily with these two methods.
1- Go to Settings - Wifi - Click on your wifi's settings icon - Advanced - Mac Address Type - Change the type to Phone Mac.
Connect to your wifi and check if that works.

2- Go to Wifi settings and click on Forget. Enter the wifi password again and connect again.
