Yes, you can drive over the Tetons, and here's how. From Jackson, Wyoming, take Highway 22 westbound. You'll climb up and over Teton Pass, then head down the other side, entering Idaho. Once the highway straightens out, you'll roll right into potato country, and the town of Victor, Idaho.
