Hello and thank-you for visiting my channel - Yoga with Kate.
Today’s class will be yoga for Menopause, perimenopause and for your hormones.

Your hormones are extremely powerful and affect every tissue in your body.
Perimenopause symptoms can start years before going through Menopause and these include, hot flushes, irritability, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, depression, memory issues, and many more.
The symptoms are exacerbated by hormone fluctuations and imbalances.
Today’s Yoga for Menopause class will focus on your HPA axis; your hypothalamus, pituitary gland and adrenal glands which control your hormone production. Yoga can help you manage your symptoms more naturally.

It’s always worth consulting with your Doctor to see how they can help you and it’s well worth looking at your diet as there are many foods that can will help you with your journey.
