Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — Police said officers spotted a car with an expired inspection sticker May 7 turn onto Remington Street and Dale Street without signaling.

They said the driver, Marvin Taylor, 22, didn't immediately stop when they tried to pull him over.

The video shows officers telling Taylor several times to roll down the back windows due to the car's dark tint.

Police said Taylor refused to comply and rolled the windows back up, prompting the officers to break the windows and pull him out of the car.
