McDonald’s Chicken Nugget copycat recipe


Ingredients for chicken mixture:

3 Boneless chicken filets diced
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 TBS. Onion powder
1 TBS. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Celery salt
1 tsp. Baking powder
2 TBS. Corn starch
2 TBS. Olive oil



Batter Ingredients:

1c. Flour
1/2c. Corn starch
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 Egg
1 1/4c. Club soda
1/2 c. Ice cubes

Cooking oil for deep fryer.
