Ganesh Shankar, Product Manager on Google's Corporate Engineering team, provided practical tips on how and why to use Design Sprints to kickstart products and teams, including war stories on how Sprints helped Google and Médecins Sans Frontières to build and deploy new technology rapidly in the midst of the Ebola crisis.

Ganesh has been using Sprints since his startup days and shared a number of tips and tricks to adjust sprints to your team and keep them fresh.

Ganesh Shankar is a Product Management team lead at Google Germany. Hailing from Australia, Ganesh started his career as a biomedical engineer, founded an education startup while travelling Asia, and for the last four years has worked as a Product Manager at Google in Sydney, London and Munich.
