Hands and Wrists Self-care

video thumbnail
Here is a short and sweet simple physical sequence to help with hands and wrists.  This is gentle enough that it should be accessible to all levels but listening to the body is the ultimate teacher on what is too much for you today.   It can be done anywhere at any time in a chair or sitting on the floor.

A chair practice that occasionally comes to standing. Suitable for all levels ages and mobility. This practice will stir the blood and energy and help you reconnect with your body and breathe. Please do what you can and leave out that which is too much for you.
