Here's a great chair yoga class that will work your entire body in 30 minutes. Chair yoga is great for the workplace, the airport or anywhere where you don't have a yoga mat or don't want to be on the floor. Chair yoga is also perfect if you have some mobility issues, are recovering from an injury or have some balance issues.
