Commercial breaks, program breaks, whatever. There's adverts for a few things in here so I'm calling them commercials.

Taken from Charlie Rose and Tavis Smiley on WMHT (channel 17) in Schenectady, NY, serving as the Albany, NY's area station for PBS programming. Yes, a taping of Charlie Rose, oh how the mighty have fallen.

WMHT still broadcast a good chunk of its programming in 4:3, and as a result some clips are not blown up to full screen. These guys did have HD (if you see my WTEN videos) so I'm not sure what was going on. Also this was one of the few WMHT findings that had lots of breaks so I figured why not upload this!
