What is the F.I.R.E. movement and how can you retire early using this method? The word FIRE is an acronym that stands for "Financial Independence, Retire Early." In this video, I go over everything you need to know about FIRE to understand what it's about and how to get started!

The FIRE strategy is a way to supercharge your savings rate and aggressively invest in order to build up a retirement nest egg that can support a withdrawal rate of 4% annually, which takes into account the average returns of the stock market and inflation. By implementing this withdrawal amount, which was tested in the Trinity Study, you can be more confident that your money will not deplete during your retirement based off of historical market data.

Whether you want to pursue Lean (frugal) fire, FAT Fire, or Barista Fire, each strategy can help you reach and live through early retirement based on your preferences and standard of living.
