The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is proud to announce a new collateral duty position available for employees to serve as a Special Emphasis Program Manager (SEPM).

SEPMs assist management in developing effective strategies for establishing and maintaining a Model EEO Program pursuant to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Management Directive 715.
