Norco customer service comes through yet again! Most of y’all already know but if you didn't, I haven't had a trail bike since March. I have been amazingly fortunate however to be surrounded by wonderful people who have offered me their bikes as loaners and that's why you've seen me riding a lot of different bikes and my gravel bike a LOT over the last few months. Here's the story why....
