This is a chair yoga class that focuses primarily on upper body. It's perfect for those with challenges with their knees or those in wheel chairs. A quick 14 minute practice that you can squeeze into any busy day.
This all level practice is an exercise routine that is presented in layers accessible to those of varying abilities of movement. Something for everyone.

I hope you enjoy this practice. This class was inspired by my Australian follower Paul who generously donated to my channel. With his money I upgraded my microphone and hope to continue to better the quality of my videos.
