hi there~ i spent the past 5 days walking about 93,000 steps and listening to 8 hours worth of Princess Diana podcast episodes. I popped onto social media every now and again to post or answer messages but I didn't do much scrolling and I can't begin to describe how much of a better head space I'm in compared to the last few weeks. We have perfect weather right now in Seoul and all the roses are coming out making the air smell amazing. I hope that you are all able to find things that get you back to feeling happy in your own head too and I'm sending you love always!
