When I was having a tense moment, a little frustration, impatience and unease, I realised that my thinking wasn't in alignment with my inner being and I asked for some assistance. While standing in the kitchen as my family were outside playing, I felt this flow. I saw myself walking down to the river and entering the water. I noticed a profound feeling of relief and ease as I watched myself floating, and trusting.

I really hope that this comes in handy for you also, when you are feeling tense, stressed or worried about the future.

Get into a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, close your eyes and relax, breathe deeply and tune into the feelings of ease and flow.
