Cyclonic storm ‘Hudhud’, which made a landfall at Vishakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh around 11 am on Sunday, has weakened. It has claimed six lives. Vishakhapatnam bore the brunt of the system. However, parts of West Bengal and Odisha too had heavy rainfall under the impact of the system. Heavy rainfall is expected in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh also. It has raised fears of flood.
