This is a great 40 minute workout! It is a strengthening workout using a resistance band, working the upper body, lower body, and core. It is easy to follow with lots of options, so it's appropriate for all levels and ages. It is led by Jenny McClendon, MS, PT (licensed Physical Therapist), so all exercises are safe! You don't need a big space - just a band and a chair. I would recommend doing this 3 times a week. ENJOY!
If you don't have a band, you can use weights, but I would highly recommend using a light resistance band with handles. They are affordable and easy to order from Amazon.
