Flow with the Breath - Yoga with Jacob Cino

video thumbnail
This flowing Yoga 50 min practice focuses on the connection of breath and movement. Using the breath to create a rhythm that the body follows. Building heat through muscle engagement and the movement of the blood. The breath also create a anchor for the mind to steady. A general practice for any time of day. This is an all-level practice but maybe more than you can handle today. Listen to your breath and if it becomes erratic back off or slow down. Flow with the swells of the breath.
