This meditation is made to help you connect with your spirit guides more easily and to give a space for you to ask them one or more questions that you already have in your mind. May they be questions about the guides themselfes, or concerns in your life you need clarity and guidance about.
Make sure that your questions are honest and from the heart. This makes communication much easier for both sides.

After helping with the connection I will be quiet for some minutes so you can have the conversation with your spirit guides. At the end I will pick you up again and take you back to your daytime consciousness.

Don't be concerned if not everything goes as expected or hoped for. A good and strong connection with our spirit guides needs to grow and be established through meeting them often. Over time the communication will come with more ease.
