I was on the book launch team for this book and received a free review copy. It was a quick read with some great things to think about heading into the new year. It asks you to do some soul searching before you begin the goal setting process. Hyatt's 5 step process was a huge help for me setting better goals for myself this year. This is a book I highly recommend and I will be reading it every December from here on out as a reminder.
