This budget family pie is easy to make, tastes great and is a very economical meal for a family of four. We do Hope you give it a try.

2 sheets puff Pastry
60g butter
30g flour
250g milk
2 spring onions
parsley sprigs
200g Smoked Haddock or Smoked Cod
1/2t vege salt
1/4t pepper
30g cheese
