Girl! We got your back! At 46 and 51, we're over all of the high impact moves. But we're not over looking and feeling great. That's why we created LIIT: Low Impact Interval Training.

LOW IMPACT INTERVAL TRAINING
Don't let the words "low impact" fool you. The women who beta tested our 30 day LIIT program were super excited at how effective the LIIT workouts were, how delicious the recipes tasted, and that their motivation throughout the program kept growing. They were LIIT! (pun intended)

Our LIIT program has 3 components:

Exercise:
We have 6 days of workouts, for a total of 4 weeks. The first week, there are 2 workouts you can choose from that are around 25 minutes each or do both back to back. Weeks 2 - 4 have one workout that are about 45 minutes. We offer strength, flexibility, cardio, and neuromotor exercises. A mix of weights, yoga, pilates, and low impact cardio moves.

Nutrition:
So much yummy goodness! All plant based of course. Our philosophy is 90% whole food, 10% soul food and we have recipes for all of the above. You get new recipes every week.

Mindset:
The first two are the "easy" parts!! This is the most challenging of all. We have weekly workbooks where you can journal about changing habits, learning intuitive eating, and so much more!
