Day 17 📉🥳 down 15.1lbs carnivore diet before and after (Dad’s keto carnivore benefits) #shorts

Starting Day 17 on my carnivore diet documentary and I'm down 0.7lbs from the day before. Total weight lost is now totaling 15.1 lbs and I’m feeling great. No exercise, no supplements, just animal foods, mostly meat. The best part is the mental performance enhancement I’ve experienced since starting this. More energy, unbeatable mental clarity and focus, increased emotional composure, and increased presence in the moment. I'm a dad, husband, entrepreneur on a mission for better health, more quality of life, and to optimize my body and mind after struggling with health issues and fatness throughout my entire 30s. A few weeks before I started this carnivore eating journey I thought the people that did carnivore diet were doing it to grab attention and spite vegans (which is hilarious), however I had no idea of the massive health benefits and weight loss potential of this carnivore lifestyle until just a few weeks ago. One day while randomly watching YouTube, I saw a random clip of an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience via @joerogan featuring @JordanBPeterson where told his carnivore diet journey. He also shared his daughter @mikhaila story of how she was able to gain her life back on a very strict carnivore diet she calls the Lion diet after suffering autoimmune issues since she was 2 years old. Next I read the book The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino @Paulsaladinomd and watched YouTube videos by @KenDBerryMD as well as @SteakandButterGal and @ShawnBakerMD while I ate my lunch daily. And 2 weeks later I got committed and found myself on this crazy journey documenting my progress.
