And so getting to see all those things we wanted to start standard because we wanted to be able to pull all of what we'd learned from working with so many different companies teams leaders products what worked and what didn't work and put it into what we have standard is today You mentioned this earlier but basically you guys went to school for entrepreneurship Yeah So when I went to school that didn't exist When I was in grad school it finally it was like a new thing Right And so I guess the way I looked at it was how could you teach entrepreneurship It kind of blew my mind at the beginning because the amount of like how can you teach something that requires so much risk and belief in
