This 57 minute all level chair yoga class focuses on using external stimulant to remind us of our internal experience. External to Internal Chair Yoga with Jacob Cino is a class that uses this opportunity. No one can control their environment completely and working with these "distractions" that come up in our environment is an opportunity for mindfulness . Using it to come back to our practice and our breath. This Chair Yoga class is full body class is suitable for most but listen if something is too much for your body and respect what the body says is it's limits. These limits change from day to day.
