INGREDIENTS
300g fish (in this case sturgeon)
Seasoned salt (rosemary, thyme, paprika, oregano)
1 garlic
1 tsp of parsley
1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Pepper
Flour
Egg
Breadcrumbs

Cut the fish, season with salt, garlic, parsley, oil, pepper, roll out and cut into squares. Flour them, dip in egg and breadcrumbs and fry.
