This Is a Chair Yoga class designed to be done just before bedtime. Calming the body and mind preparing for a nice deep sleep. Sweet Dream Chair Yoga is a class that finishes with breath work to send you to bed. Please do all your bedtimes preparations (like brushing your teeth) so you can go straight from class to bed without any distractions. I hope this class helps you in ways you need.
