I have both Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate AND the ISC2 "Certified in Cybersecurity" CC Certification. Should you?

Yes, I am aware of some people "review" the certs without taking the courses involved, and they say this will lead you to 150K career. That's like saying if you learn how to drive you can be Lewis Hamilton. It's... bull(bleep).

No, you will NOT get a job with either of these. BOTH however, will prepare you for CompTIA Security plus. And you need THAT to get a job.

While you *can* go directly for Security plus, why not take both the Google Cybersecurity cert, AND the ISC2 CC certification as well? The actual exam you do for CC will prepare you for actual testing for Security plus.
