Raphael Lee was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma (a rare type of cancer that forms in soft tissue) when he was only 8 months old. He would go on to have osteosarcoma in his left forearm at the age of eight. Despite efforts to treat his cancer, it came back repeatedly. On Nov. 13 2020, Raphael succumbed to his illness before he could receive his PSLE results.

We sat down for an interview with Raphael's parents and parish priest at the Church of Saint Bernadette a day after his PSLE results were collected. The video includes Raphael's last voice messages to his parish priest.
