Do this 2-3 times for maximum effect or pair with other toning/cardio workouts. The video consists of moves that help you bring up your heart rate and burn overall fat while engaging your side hip muscles, helping you get rid of hip dips**! Drink plenty of water and take as many breaks as needed. **you cannot completely remove hip dips but you can make them less obvious by losing excess fat and toning the muscle underneath. Keep in mind, you should also be doing butt lifting workouts. If you only focus on your hips and ignore your butt, (or if you do only butt workouts while ignoring your hips), your hip dips will only become more obvious! So, do a mix of both butt and hip workouts + with cardio! You should be doing 10-20 mins of toning workouts + at least 10 mins of cardio daily for best results (hiit workouts mix both cardio & toning so you can do 30mins off only hiit workouts). Focus on different areas each day (f.e. day 1=legs&butt, day 2=arms&core etc.).
