• Mind-body approaches for psychological health - Tai Chi, yoga and mindfulness
• Applications for survivorship

This video is a recording of the workshop conducted at the 2018 Celebrating a Second Chance at Life Survivorship Symposium. It is a 35-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute question and answer session.
