Agile Transformations Explained: Making Agile work at Scale. |

In his most recent talk, at Agile Day Atlanta, Mike dives into his theory on Agile Transformation, the goals of Agile Transformation, and spends some time discussing what exactly is being Transformed. A lot of people—and companies—want to start with culture, or practices, but while those two things are really important….it’s not a great starting place. Over the course of his talk Mike builds the case that Agile isn’t a culture problem. That it’s not a practices problem. It’s really a systems problem. And, if you can buy into that philosophy, Mike shares a lot of thoughts on how to actually make a systems-first Transformation work at scale.
