India ended its 41-year medal-drought in hockey with a bronze at the Tokyo Olympics. Midfielder Simranjeet Singh, who scored two of the five goals for India, spoke to NDTV and said, "It is a proud moment for us, we focussed on our task and did our job. I called my mother after the match. She was crying and I got emotional. The more we win, the more people will celebrate. Today, we have given people a chance to celebrate."
