On the 9th and 10th June the next generation of health data scientists from across The Farr Institute’s four UK-wide centres came together for the first annual Farr PhD Symposium.

Over two days the twenty-six students were tasked with delivering either an oral presentation or a poster presentation and all were invited to make a short video about their PhD projects.

This video features Rachel Reeves from Farr London, studying at University College London. Rachel's PhD project is looking at respiratory syncytial virus in young children in England in regard to the burden and risk factors for severe disease.
