This is an attractive destination for those who love flowers and want to enjoy the beauty.
Right next to the City Fine Arts and Exhibition Center is Le Chan flower garden, where the statue of female general Le Chan - a talented general in the Hai Ba Trung uprising of the 1st century (40 - 43) - who came to the area, is located. Land at the junction of Tam Bac River - Cam River established Ven hamlet, later changed to An Bien Trang, the predecessor of the city. Hai Phong today. This project is one of the symbols of Hai Phong city, started construction on November 30, 1999 and inaugurated on December 31, 2000.
