So try them in your room, enjoy it with your roommates, and let us how they taste in the comments section below :) Dear Bachelors, Click the bell icon 🔔 near the Subscribe button on your Mobile app & Desktop to get instant notification for all the upcoming episodes of Chai Bisket Food! :) Ingredients Boiled basmati rice - 1 cup Boneless Chicken - 150 grams Chopped Carrot, french beans, capsicum chopped - 1/2 cup Spring onions chopped - 1/4th cup Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp Egg - 2 Oil - 1 tbsp Butter - 2-3 tbsp Schezwan paste - 2 tbsp for chicken and 3 tbsp for rice White pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp Coriander chopped - 1 tbsp Salt as required Method Wash and cook basmati rice by adding little salt. Drain excess water and set aside. Slice the boneless chicken to small pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken and schezwan paste, let chicken boil well and then set aside. Heat the pan and add butter. Add garlic, eggs, spring onions, carrots, beans, capsicum and saute well. Add salt, white pepper and mix well. Later add fried chicken followed by schezwan paste and mix well. Add boiled basmati rice to the mixture and toss it for 5 mins. Turn off the flame and add chopped spring onions, coriander at the end and serve it hot.
